Micheal Ericsen
Executive President
Mr. Ericsen join the team in 2003 as Executive President with experience in corporate and mutual fund tax planning. In addition, Mr. Ericsen worked years in market and original issue discount transactions, premium transactions and foreign currency transactions. Also in state income tax reporting and planning. Served as internal tax advisor by managing tax issues for both corporations and all companies mutual funds. This includes developing and implementing corporate tax strategies and administering tax filings and positions ensuring that tax functions are in compliance with federal, state, local and/or foreign tax laws.

Russ Walker
Executive President
Joined Lion Tax Corp in 2001 and oversees the sales and marketing functions. Prior to joining Lion Tax Corp, Mr. Walker worked as Director of Business Development & Tax Marketing for many years.

Rus Walker is one of the Company’s Executive Presidents in which capacity he has responsibility for directing the operational areas of the business which include sales and marketing development as well as tax strategy. He previously worked as a consultant to the Company.

Mark Carter
Executive President
Mark Carter joined Lion Tax Corporation as Executive President in May 2004. He is responsible for all aspects of Lion Corp's financial management. Mark has almost 20 years’ experience as a financial executive and consultant to companies in the marketing, retail and technology sectors. He most recently served as an independent consultant, focusing on financial reporting,corporate governance, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning for a variety of public and private entities.
